I thought maybe I'd get a discussion started. I had read in a lot of places that Virtual Offices were what people sort of "needed" in a particular place. You know, as in ... customers "need" to know that there is a street address and a physical location associated with your business and you're not just operating solely in cyberspace.
I found this to be true. And then I saw also that missed calls were costing money. While I can't put a number to that, my experience with my virtual office (I went with CES Virtual Offices located in Boca Raton, FL, USA ... online at http://www.CESVirtualOffices.com) has been good. My customers seem happier, if that's possible ... better said ... my customers have no grievances about communication.
Because, you know ... some customers will never truly be happy
Anyways I thought I'd share that with you guys, and see if you all have the same experience, or what?
JJ
